Notes - Attended English School of Cairo. Left for University in England. Moved to the US in the early 1950s and was conscripted to the US Army during the Korean War. As a fluent German speaker, he was sent to Wuerzburg by the Army and worked in the Army Post Office. On discharge from the Army, he completed a business degree at the University of Stanford followed by a Master in Business at Colombia University, New York. Worked in the US and then moved to Canada where he worked in the cosmetics business.
